Rising Sacramento Rapper Bris Shot and Killed

Sacramento rapper Bris, born Christopher Treadwell, was shot and killed on June 21 according to confirmation by the Sacramento County Coroner. He was just 24 years old. In a press release by the Sacramento Police Department, officers responded to reported shots fired near Franklin Boulevard and Fruitridge Road around 12:42 a.m. and found the rapper with a life-threatening gunshot wound.
